I greatly enjoyed this great hotel. The location was amazing and unbeatable, not very far from Las sirenas. It also was close to the beachfront. Visited their restaurant Arenas del Mar couple of times.

Best location, right next to the beach with stunning views. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options.
Worst room conditions, dirty floors and stained towels. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were awful.

The two complementary drinks upon arrival were a nice touch and the location of the hotel was a short walk to the beach. The pool area was pleasant and had a good atmosphere.
The room was in need of some serious updating and cleaning. The bathroom was dirty and the walls had visible stains.

Had an amazing time in this hotel! Loved the two pools, one for adults and another one for kids. The beach is clean and just a few steps away from the hotel. The food was awesome and the staff was super friendly. Another plus is the convenient location close to shops and restaurants. Definitely a great option for an affordable beach vacation.
The lack of an elevator, but it's not a big issue since it's only a two-story building. The room temperature control was a bit finicky but that was manageable.
